Ticket FAQs

What is the policy on recording/filming?
Video recording, reproduction and transmission are not permitted at any time during concert performances. Video cameras and recording devices will be confiscated.

Can I bring chairs, bags, cameras and outside food into the venue?
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. Non-alcoholic beverages must be sealed and not opened. The following are not permitted at the facility: Cameras, Recording Devices, Skateboards, Bicycles, Scooters, In-Line Skates, Cigarette and Cigar Smoking, Lawn Chairs, Pets, Alcohol.

How will cancellations/refunds be handled?
No ticket refunds, cancellations or exchanges will be granted.

What time does the ground open?
Festival gates will open at 5pm on both Friday and Saturday

What happens if it rains?
The show will still go on. Events will take place rain or shine.

What is the average weather during the event?
Be prepared for moderate weather with daytime temps in the mid-70s and nighttime temps dipping into the low 60s.

Are there volunteer opportunities available?

Will there be shuttles from the hotel to the venue?
There is a free public shuttle that is available to you from Lionshead Square, Vail Village and there will be a shuttle from the hotel.
